2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To facilitate the pickup and delivery of laundry.

• To send SMS notifications regarding your "Driver Status" (Arrival/Drop-off).

• To prevent fraudulent transactions.

3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages for service updates. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP." Message and data rates may apply.

4. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY We retain your information for as long as your account is active. We use administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
